We are looking for Quantitative Researchers with a strong mathematical foundation and curiosity for discovering patterns in data.

職位要求 | Requirements ??

扎實(shí)的數(shù)理、統(tǒng)計(jì)、概率背景（碩博優(yōu)先）

Solid background in math, statistics, and probability (Master/PhD preferred)

熟悉 Python / R / Matlab 等建模工具

Familiar with modeling tools like Python / R / Matlab

能獨(dú)立提出假設(shè)并驗(yàn)證因子有效性

Capable of independently forming hypotheses and validating alpha signals
